What is the delivery time for orders?

Delivery time is between 8 and 12 weeks. Unfortunately we cannot offer a rush order service at this time. We cannot guarantee delivery dates since production can vary. Please place your order as far in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.

Will you notify me when my order is placed and when my order is shipped?

Yes, you will receive an email when your order is placed on our website and when your gown is shipped. The shipping confirmation email will include an expected delivery date and a tracking number. Please make sure to provide your correct email address when you are filling out the checkout form. You will also get a payment receipt by email from paypal.com or credit card company.

What is the shipping cost?

We ship worldwide at a cost of only $50 CAD.
NOTE: Our shipping rate covers our cost to ship a large box to other countries. It does not cover any customs or duty charges a country may impose on the receiver of the package.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final once order is placed. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstnces. Please be sure of the style, size, colour and any other specifications before submitting your order.

What size gown should I order?

Please see our sizing guide page for our size measurements. If you want to be really sure about the size you order you might want to get your measurements taken by a professional seamstress in your area. It may be best to order a gown 1 size larger than you measure and then have your dress fitted by a professional seamstress closer to your wedding date.
