Delivery time is between 8 and 12 weeks. Unfortunately we cannot offer a rush order service at this time. We cannot guarantee delivery dates since production can vary. Please place your order as far in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary. You will receive an email when your order is placed on our website and when your gown is shipped. The shipping confirmation email will include an expected delivery date and a tracking number. Please make sure to provide your correct email address when you are filling out the checkout form. You will also get a payment receipt by email from paypal.com or credit card company. We ship worldwide at a cost of only $50 CAD.
NOTE: Our shipping rate covers our cost to ship a large box to other countries. It does not cover any customs or duty charges a country may impose on the receiver of the package. We ship via Canada Post - delivery from shipping date is 7-10 business days. Your dress is shipped in a garment bag inside our shipping box.
